Return Policy

We ensure full accountability for the engineering standards of the StopWatt System. If our hardware fails to fulfill your residential grid requirements, we maintain an explicit framework for item returns.

60-Day Satisfaction Window

Purchasers have a 60-day trial period beginning from the arrival date to file a compensation request. To qualify for structural credit, the hardware must remain in its initial operational state and be packed inside its complete retail boxing.

Initiating a Case

To request an operational return voucher, please coordinate with our service agents:

Our intake team will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference code and logistical targets. Shipments dispatched without a verified RMA cannot be handled by our processing facility.

Financial Processing

Upon arrival and verification of the returned hardware, an update notification will be generated. Approved claims are automatically credited back to your underlying payment source. Merchant banks usually complete these transactions within 5 to 10 processing days.

Logistical Costs

All costs connected to return transit are handled by the customer. Please note that any initial freight fees paid during the original transaction are non-refundable.
